This album was made using a Serge Modular System during the whole year of 2020, while I was studying feedback systems and cybernetics theory. My goal was to explore these theoretic approaches and see how I can implement their various applications in creating sound. In each system I was trying to inject chaotic elements into the flow of electricity and then search for a place of equilibrium where the sound is evolving in interesting ways without my further interference. When I managed to create a system that fulfils my aesthetic values I let it run for a long time and recorded live various takes in single continuous performances. I chose the best live performance for each track of the album.

This album is inspired by the cybernetic music of composer Ronald Kayn, the feedback works of Eliane Radigue and Todd Barton's feedback patches.
